Impress guests at your next dinner party with this simple starter.
Ingredients (6)
- 12 thin slices coppa ham
- 75g piece Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, shaved
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 crisp pears (such as Williams or beurre bosc)
- Handful of rocket leaves

1.Lay out the coppa, slightly overlapping, across a large serving platter (as if it were carpaccio), then scatter with Parmigiano shavings.

2.Combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and sea salt and pepper in a large bowl. Cut the pears into thin slivers and toss in the dressing with the rocket leaves. Scatter over the top of the parmesan and serve.
