A wicked after-dinner treat everyone will love.

Ingredients (4)

  • 8 small scoops of ice cream (try different flavours in each glass such as coffee, hazelnut, chocolate or vanilla bean)
  • 4 shots Frangelico
  • 4 cups freshly made espresso crème
  • 1/2 cup honeycomb, crumbled

Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

Method

  • 1.
    Place the ice cream in 4 small latte glasses. Pour over the liqueur followed by the hot espresso crème, then sprinkle with the crumbled honeycomb and serve immediately.
