How to make easy dark chocolate ganache
Dark Chocolate Ganache
Darren Purchese of Melbourne sweet studio Burch & Purchese has come up with a quick and decadent dark chocolate ganache recipe that can be used to frost a variety of cakes or as a filling between layers.
Ingredients (2)
- 350g dark chocolate, chopped
- 350ml Woolworths Thickened Cream

1.Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Place cream in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to just below boiling point. Remove pan from heat and pour cream over chocolate. Set aside for 30 seconds, then gently stir to form a smooth and shiny ganache. Set aside to cool for 30 minutes, then cover with plastic wrap.

2.Set aside at room temperature for at least 2 hours or until desired consistency. Spread over cake using a palette knife.
