Whether you've been naughty or nice this year, treat yourself to this festive cocktail that takes its cue from Santa’s colour scheme. Cheers!
Ingredients (8)
- 1/4 cup (60ml) thickened cream
- Drop of vanilla bean paste
- Ice cubes, to serve
- 1/4 cup (60ml) vodka
- 30ml grenadine
- 15ml lime juice
- 1/2 cup (125ml) Sprite
- Maraschino cherries, to garnish
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Whisk cream and vanilla in a medium bowl until thickened (just before soft peaks). Chill until ready to serve.

2.Fill a glass with ice cubes, then add vodka, grenadine and lime juice. Top up with Sprite and stir to combine. Pour over vanilla cream to top, and serve garnished with cherries.
