Not only is this tart absolutely tasty, it's also ready in almost no time at all, meaning you can whip it up at a moments notice.

Ingredients (9)

  • 375g frozen puff pastry, thawed (we used Carême All Butter Puff Pastry)
  • 50g unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 70g almond meal (we used Woolworths Macro)
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 200ml runny honey
  • 2 Pink Lady apples, very thinly sliced
  • 1 rosemary sprig, leaves picked
  • Double cream, to serve

Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

Place butter, egg yolk, almond meal, vanilla and 1/4 cup (60ml) honey in a bowl and beat with a wooden spoon until smooth.
