Ingredients (5)

  • 4 flatbreads
  • 400g pizza sauce
  • Grated mozzarella

Toppings

  • For the family: sliced ham, mushroom, cherry tomatoes, capsicum, zucchini, dollops of pesto, basil leaves
  • For the grown-ups: Ortiz anchovies, prosciutto, kalamata olives, sundried tomato, marinated artichoke hearts, rocket, chilli oil

Method

  • 1.
    Lay out a sheet of foil twice the length of your flatbread.
  • 2.
    Place the flatbread in the middle of the foil sheet and layer up your ingredients, starting with the sauce, followed by toppings and finishing with the mozzarella.
  • 3.
    Wrap the foil up and around the pizza, leaving room over the top so the toppings don’t stick. Place on the grill plate until your cheese is melted, checking frequently to ensure the bottom of the flatbread isn’t browning too quickly.
