Easy, high-protein Oreo ice cream

Scoop yourself some joy with this easy, high-protein ice cream recipe that uses just three ingredients. You’ll need a Ninja CREAMi Deluxe, and you’ll need to start this recipe a day ahead.
Ingredients (3)
- 8 Oreo biscuits, split
- 2 cups (560g) high-protein vanilla yoghurt
- 1/4 cup (60ml) maple syrup
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Scrape the cream filling from the biscuits and set cream filling aside. Reserve biscuits.

2.Place yoghurt, cream filling and syrup in a Ninja CREAMi Deluxe tub and mix until combined. Cover with lid and freeze for 24 hours. (For extra protein, you can also stir in 1 tbs protein powder before freezing the mixture.)

3.Insert tub into Ninja CREAMi Deluxe machine and select ‘Full’, then ‘Frozen Yoghurt’. Check texture and select ‘Re-Spin’ if necessary, for an extra creamy texture.

4.Remove tub, roughly break 5 biscuits and add to tub. Insert tub into Ninja CREAMi Deluxe machine and select ‘Full’, then ‘Mix-In’ (see recipe note).

5.Serve scoops sprinkled with crumbled remaining biscuits.
Recipe Notes
At this stage, you can place the tub back in the freezer for a few hours. It will still be soft enough to scoop.
