S'mores dip
"S’mores is a HUGE hit from the US and there are so many variations. Marshmallows, ice-cream and biscuits is my twist (the biscuits are for scooping into the marshmallows and ice-cream). This is a FUN and interactive recipe, and one to be shared amongst family and friends" - Anna Polyviou. This recipe is an edited extract from Kids’ Corner by Anna Polyviou.
Ingredients (3)
- 2L chocolate fudge ice-cream
- 520g pink & white marshmallows
- 375g packet chocolate wheaten biscuits

1.Place ice-cream in a large bowl and stand until softened slightly.

2.Spoon ice-cream into a 21cm x 27.5cm, 4cm heatproof deep dish. Using a palette knife, smooth top. Freeze overnight.

3.Remove ice-cream from freezer. Top with marshmallows. Using a kitchen blowtorch, lightly toast the marshmallows.

4.To serve, dip biscuits into the gooey marshmallow ice-cream goodness.
Recipe Notes
If you don't have a blowtorch, preheat a grill to high and grill the s’mores for 1 minute or until marshmallows are lightly browned. It’s super important to keep an eye on them as even just a few extra seconds can melt the ice-cream, and we only want to melt the marshmallows.
