Ingredients (5)
- 45ml native fennel infused Plymouth gin
- 10ml Manzanilla sherry
- 20ml lemon juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
Method

1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled coupette.

2.Garnish with fennel flowers, or dill tips, pegged to the side of the glass.
