'Fabulous fizz' cocktail
Channel your inner Eddie and Patsy with this fabulous cocktail that's the perfect lounge-side companion to watch 'Ab Fab' the movie.
Ingredients (6)
- 1 egg white
- Rhubarb bitters
- 60ml St Germain
- Champagne
- Rose petals
- Mint
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Place egg white into a shaker.

2.Add 6-8 drops of rhubarb bitters to shaker.

3.Measure 60ml of St Germain and pour into shaker.

4.Add ice into the shaker and shake till a froth forms.

5.Pour champagne into martini glass about 2/3 full.

6.Double strain egg whites over the top of the champagne.

7.Garnish with rose petals and mint.
