“This spritz was one of my go-to drinks during my 10 years living in Rome, when I was a bartender in Campo de’ Fiori.”
Ingredients (4)
- 1/2 cup (125ml) each Montenegro (Italian liqueur – from good bottle shops) and white (dry) vermouth
- Crushed ice
- 1 1/3 cup (330ml) soda water
- Pared lemon zest, to serve
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Divide Montenegro and vermouth among 4 tall serving glasses and stir to combine. Add ice and soda water. Add lemon zest to serve.
