  • 30ml 666 St Ali Coffee Vodka
  • 30ml Applewood Espressocello
  • 45ml espresso
  • 20ml salted caramel
  • Crushed honeycomb (to garnish)

Method

  • 1.
    Combine 666 St Ali Coffee Vodka, Applewood Espressocello, espresso and salted caramel in a cocktail shaker.
  • 2.
    Add ice and close shaker. Give it a hard shake to create a nice foamy top layer.
  • 3.
    Double strain in a martini glass.
  • 4.
    Garnish with crushed honeycomb.
