Play around with fruits in season to create your own version of this delicious champagne cocktail.
Ingredients (4)
- 30ml chilled apricot nectar
- 30ml chilled pink grapefruit juice
- 20ml Aperol (or Campari)
- Chilled prosecco (or other sparkling wine)
