This versatile salad recipe with a balsamic vinegar dressing is the perfect side dish for almost any meal.
Ingredients (5)
- 150g baby rocket
- 1 avocado, peeled, diced
- 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/3 cup (80ml) olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Place rocket, avocado and tomato in a large bowl. Combine oil and vinegar, season with salt and pepper, then toss with salad leaves. Once dressed, serve immediately.
