In our opinion, there's no such thing as over-the-top when it comes to Christmas. Once the tree has been dressed, the ham put in the oven, and the presents wrapped, it’s time to settle down for an appropriately yuletide-themed tipple, Something like this Naughty Reindeer, which comes courtesy of Sydney Italian institution Bar Machiavelli.
Ingredients (6)
- 30ml Penfold's Club Reserve Classic Tawny
- 20ml Havana Especial Anejo Rum
- 15ml Disaronno Amaretto
- 15ml lemon juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- 1 dash of Aromatic Bitters
