Mike drinks wet martinis the old school way, with half-half gin and vermouth. It’s the kind of drink that when you order, old bartenders give you a wink and doff their hat. It’s also the kind of drink that if you order in most normal bars people look at you weirdly. But, it is so very delicious and doesn’t belt you over the head like normal martinis do.
Ingredients (3)
- 45ml gin
- 45ml dry vermouth
- Pared lemon zest, to serve

1.Combine gin and vermouth. Divide between tumblers and serve on the rocks with a lemon twist.
