Grapes with mascarpone

Autumn means an endless supply of grapes, which are perfect for Maggie Beer's decadent dessert.
Ingredients (4)
- 1/2 cup (50g) walnuts
- 1kg large red seedless grapes, halved
- 500g mascarpone (or creme fraiche if your prefer a more savoury taste)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Preheat oven to 170°C.

2.Lay walnuts on a baking tray and bake for 6-8 minutes or until toasted. Place in a tea towel and rub to remove the excess skin, then roughly chop.

3.Preheat the grill to medium-high.

4.Place the grapes in a large, shallow ceramic baking dish. Sprinkle the walnuts on top of the grapes. Carefully spoon over the mascarpone, spreading evenly over the grapes. Dust the top with the brown sugar.

5.Place the baking dish under the grill for 10 minutes to caramelise the top. Serve immediately.
