Grilled asparagus with tuna and Mediterranean dressing

Never grilled asparagus? Give it a go - grilling lends smokiness and char, taking your stalks to the next level.
Ingredients (7)
- 2 x 185g tins tuna slices
- 500g thin asparagus, woody ends trimmed
- 1 tbs sundried tomato pesto
- 1/4 cup (60ml) extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbs red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
- 100g rocket leaves

1.Drain the tuna slices, reserving the oil. Brush the asparagus with the reserved oil. Season.

2.Place tomato pesto, olive oil, vinegar and honey in a screw-top jar, then season and shake well.

3.Heat a chargrill pan on high heat and grill the asparagus for 3-4 minutes, turning until just tender and lightly charred. Lay the asparagus on plates and top with the tuna slices. Serve with rocket on the side and drizzle everything with the dressing.
