Grilled peach ice tea
There’s nothing more refreshing than a cup of tea, and this is a great cooler to whip up on a hot day. The floral notes in French Earl Grey, which include hibiscus flowers, sunflowers and rose petals, pair well with grilled stone fruit such as peaches, particularly as peach is a member of the rose family. – LH

Ingredients (6)

  • 2 tbs loose-leaf French Earl Grey tea
  • 200ml agave nectar (from health food shops)
  • 6 lemon thyme sprigs
  • Ice cubes, plus extra to serve
  • 2 yellow peaches, quartered, stones removed
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) lemon juice
