This wickedly green Grinch cocktail is here to prove that even the grumpiest Christmas sceptic can’t resist a little sparkle and cheer. Whether you’re hosting a Christmas party or simply need a festive drink to accompany your annual viewing of the classic holiday movie, this fizzy green concoction will have you grinning from ear to ear. Just try not to steal anyone’s presents while you’re at it!
Ingredients (5)
- Ice cubes, to serve
- 90ml Midori
- 60ml chilled prosecco
- Soda water, to top up
- Strawberry and fresh mint leaves, to garnish

1.Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes. Add Midori, then prosecco, creating a gentle fizz. Add a splash of soda water to top up your drink. Gently stir to mix.
