Introducing the Mello' Poppins - a jigger full of freshly squeezed watermelon juice combined with vodka and Aperol.

Ingredients (8)
- 30ml vodka
- 25ml Aperol
- 60ml watermelon juice
- 20ml lemon juice
- Dash of egg white
- Marshmallows, to serve
- Edible flowers, to serve
- Dehydrated blood orange wheels, to serve

1.In a cocktail shaker, shake all ingredients.

2.Add ice, shake vigorously.

3.Double strain into a vintage goblet or glass of your choice.

4.Garnish with a skewer of 3 toasted marshmallows, edible flowers and a dehydrated blood orange wheel.
