Ingredients (3)
- 2 stems lemon balm (from greengrocers)
- 2 sprigs thyme
- Unsprayed damask rose petals (optional), to serve

1.Boil a kettle and pour steaming water over herbs. Allow to infuse for 5-6 minutes, then strain into a cup. Top with rose petals, if using.
