Honey-glazed pork

This Asian-inspired dish will delight the whole family.
Ingredients (9)
- 1/2 cup dark soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey, plus 1/4 cup, to glaze
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup (60ml) mirin
- 2 tablespoons shaohsing rice wine
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon five spice
- 500g pork fillet
- Steamed greens, to serve
Method

1.Place soy, honey, hoisin, mirin, shaohsing rice wine, cinnamon and five spice in a bowl. Add pork and marinate for 2-3 hours.

2.Preheat oven to 180°C. Fill a deep baking dish 2.5cm deep with boiling water, then place a roasting rack over the tray. Place pork on rack and roast for 15 minutes. Brush with remaining honey before returning to oven for 15 minutes. Serve with steamed greens.
