Celebrate Year of the Rat with this decadent cocktail from Spice Temple
To the victor goes the spoils! This champagne serve cocktail celebrates the tenacity of the Rat’s victory with garden herbs and house spiced white rum, topped off with prosecco
Ingredients (8)
- 3 whole white peppercorns
- 30ml Husk Pure Cane rum
- 10ml Crawley's Falernum syrup
- 5ml Monin Pea Flower syrup
- 5ml lime juice
- 5 dashes Bittermens lavender bitters
- 60ml Italian prosecco
- Edible flowers, to garnish

1.Using a mortar and pestle, crush the white peppercorn and place in a cocktail shaker. Add all the other ingredients, except the prosecco, into the cocktail shaker and stir through. Add ice cubes and shake virgriously, then using a cocktail strainer and fine strainer, pour into a Champagne flute. Top with Italian prosecco and edible flowers.
