Leftover turkey roulade sandwiches

Use up any leftover turkey from Christmas dinner to make this Boxing Day lunch classic! See notes for the original turkey recipe.
Ingredients (7)
- 2 ciabatta-style rolls
- 50g softened cream cheese
- 1 tbs Dijon mustard
- 1 tbs strawberry jam
- 4-6 leftover slices of turkey breast roulade
- 1/3 cup (80ml) leftover gravy, reheated
- 8-10 large-leaf rocket leaves
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Split the bread rolls in half and toast the cut sides in a pan over medium heat. When golden brown, remove from pan and flip over to assemble.

2.Spread the cream cheese on one cut side of rolls and Dijon on other side. Spread the jam over the cream cheese, dividing evenly among the two sandwiches.

3.Top with slices of turkey breast and drizzle with hot gravy. Top with fresh crunchy rocket leaves, top with other half of bread rolls and serve.
