Lemon olive butter

Ingredients (5)
- 100g unsalted butter, slightly softened
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1-2 tbs finely chopped, pitted black olives
- Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
- 1tbs finely chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves
Method
-
1.Combine butter, garlic, olives, lemon zest and parsley. Place in ramekins, cover with plastic wrap and chill until firm.
