Elevate your cheese board with this easy dukkah recipe that will add crunch and flavour as a topping to any cheese.
Ingredients (3)
- 2/3 cup (110g) pistachios (we used Woolworths Macro), roughly chopped
- Finely grated zest of 2 limes
- 1/3 cup (50g) black sesame seeds
Method

1.Toast all ingredients with 3 tsp salt akes in a dry pan over medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes until fragrant.

2.Set aside to cool completely before serving.
