Lime and pistachio dukkah
Elevate your cheese board with this easy dukkah recipe that will add crunch and flavour as a topping to any cheese.

Ingredients (3)

  • 2/3 cup (110g) pistachios (we used Woolworths Macro), roughly chopped
  • Finely grated zest of 2 limes
  • 1/3 cup (50g) black sesame seeds

Method

  • 1.
    Toast all ingredients with 3 tsp salt akes in a dry pan over medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes until fragrant.
  • 2.
    Set aside to cool completely before serving.
