Tiramisu, but with extra booze? We're totally on board with this. Maurice Terzini's mind-blowing recipe isn't just delicious, it's super easy to boot.

Ingredients (12)

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Napoleon brandy
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) creme de cacao
  • 2 tbs each Kahlua and Marsala
  • 2 tbs espresso coffee
  • 1/3 cup (85g) mascarpone

Cinnamon crumble

  • 1/2 cup (45g) rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup (60g) brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp pink salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 30g cold unsalted butter, chopped
  • 1/2 eggwhite

Method

  • 1.
    Preheat oven to 160°C. For the crumble, combine oats, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a bowl. Rub butter in with your fingers until it resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in eggwhite. Spread mixture thinly onto a baking paper-lined baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes or until dark golden. Cool. Whiz in a food processor to a fine crumb.

    Divide the brandy, creme de cacao, Kahlua, Marsala, coffee and mascarpone between two cocktail shakers filled with ice. Shake each until combined. Divide among six 150ml glasses. Sprinkle with cinnamon crumble to serve.
