Ingredients (8)

  • 1 small frozen banana, chopped coarsley
  • 1cup (280g) kefir yoghurt or Greek-style yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) water
  • 1 cup (150g) frozen mixed berries
  • 1tbsp dried cherries or cranberries
  • 1tbsp maple syrup
  • 1tsp linseeds
  • 1tsp chia seeds

Method

  • 1.
    Blend frozen banana with remaining ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth. Add a little extra water, if needed.
  • 2.
    Serve immediately, topped with cherry powder, extra chia seeds and dried cherries, if you like.
