Lychee champagne cocktail
Bubbles with a refreshing lychee zing!
Ingredients (2)
- 425g canned lychees in syrup
- Champagne or sparkling wine
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Blend 425g canned lychees in syrup until smooth. Transfer to a plastic container and freeze until solid. Scoop the frozen lychee into Champagne flutes and top with Champagne or sparkling wine.
