Mary Pickford cocktail

Ingredients (6)
- 1/4 cup (60ml) white or gold rum (preferably Havana Club from Cuba)
- 45ml pineapple juice (fresh, if possible)
- 5-6 dashes maraschino liqueur
- 3 tsp (15ml) grenadine
- Ice cubes, to chill
- Cocktail cherry, to garnish (optional)

1.Shake all ingredients except cherry until well-chilled and frothy. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a cherry, if using.
