Mimosa two ways

Bring some extra sparkle to your next brunch with these sweet and fruity mimosas. Switch up the usual bubbles and orange juice and try combining frisky prosecco with pineapple or pomegranate juice instead – your guests will love it!

Ingredients (5)

  • 750ml bottle prosecco
  • 1 1/2 cups (375ml) pomegranate juice
  • 1 1/2 cups (375ml) sweetened pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) grenadine
  • Blood orange slices, to garnish

Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

Method

  • 1.
    Divide prosecco between 6 glasses. Divide pomegranate juice between 3 of the glasses. Divide pineapple juice between remaining 3 glasses. Slowly pour 1 tbs (20ml) grenadine into each pineapple juice glass. Garnish with orange slices.
