Mini Yorkshire puddings
Ingredients (5)
- 3 cups plain flour
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups rice bran oil
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Preheat oven to 225°C. Place 2 x 12- hole medium muffi n pans on a baking tray and place in the oven to preheat.

2.Place fl our in a medium bowl and make a well. Add eggs and whisk to combine. Combine milk and water in a jug. Gradually add milk mixture to fl our mixture, whisking until smooth and combined. Transfer to a clean jug.

3.Add 3 tsp of oil to each muffin hole. Return pans to oven and heat for 5 minutes or until oil is very hot (see note).

4.Pour batter evenly into holes until full. Transfer to oven and reduce to 200°C. Bake puddings for 10-15 minutes until puffed and golden (see note). Serve.
