Mint, ginger and rosemary sparkling kombucha
This refreshing drink is perfect for summer picnics for two.
Ingredients (6)
- 400ml kombucha (from health food stores), chilled
- 400ml sparking water, chilled
- 4 each mint and rosemary sprigs
- Juice of 1/2 a lime
- 5cm (25g) piece ginger, thinly sliced, bruised
- Ice cubes and strawberries, to serve
Method

1.Place kombucha and sparkling water in a large jug or bottle.

2.Lightly bruise mint and rosemary to release the aromas.

3.Add to jug with lime juice and ginger, and stir to combine.

4.Serve over ice with strawberries.
