This refreshing drink is perfect for summer picnics for two.

Ingredients (6)

  • 400ml kombucha (from health food stores), chilled
  • 400ml sparking water, chilled
  • 4 each mint and rosemary sprigs
  • Juice of 1/2 a lime
  • 5cm (25g) piece ginger, thinly sliced, bruised
  • Ice cubes and strawberries, to serve

Method

  • 1.
    Place kombucha and sparkling water in a large jug or bottle.
  • 2.
    Lightly bruise mint and rosemary to release the aromas.
  • 3.
    Add to jug with lime juice and ginger, and stir to combine.
  • 4.
    Serve over ice with strawberries.
