Mint and lime vodka cocktail
Ingredients (4)
- 2/3 cup mint leaves
- 1 cup (250ml) lime juice (from about 6 limes)
- 1 cup (250ml) vodka
- Soda water, to serve
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Place the mint leaves in a jug with the lime juice and lightly bruise using a cocktail muddler or wooden rolling pin. Fill the jug with ice and pour over the vodka. Stir well to combine, then pour into glasses and top up with soda water.
