Mint sauce
Lamb loves this saucy mint salsa, and you will too! Take your next lamb roast to the next level with this elevated mint sauce.
Ingredients (5)
- 3 cups mint leaves
- 1 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup (60ml) grapeseed oil
- 1 garlic clove, roughly chopped
- 2 tbs chardonnay vinegar
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Whiz herbs, oil and garlic in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, stir in vinegar and season to taste with salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper.
