Ingredients (3)

  • 2 teaspoons green tea leaves*
  • 3 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 50g fresh mint leaves (not spearmint), plus extra to garnish

Method

  • 1.
    Rinse a teapot with boiling water, add the tea leaves and fill the pot with boiling water (approx 800mls).
  • 2.
    Stir in the sugar. Crush the mint lightly with your hands and add to the pot. Leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes.
  • 3.
    Pour into glasses; garnish with extra mint.
