Ingredients (3)
- 2 teaspoons green tea leaves*
- 3 tablespoons caster sugar
- 50g fresh mint leaves (not spearmint), plus extra to garnish
Method

1.Rinse a teapot with boiling water, add the tea leaves and fill the pot with boiling water (approx 800mls).

2.Stir in the sugar. Crush the mint lightly with your hands and add to the pot. Leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes.

3.Pour into glasses; garnish with extra mint.
