Ingredients (8)

2 tsp instant coffee powder
2 tbs hot water
1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
300ml whipped cream
8 chopped sponge finger biscuits
⅔ cup Kahlua liqueur
½ cup chopped toasted hazelnuts

Method

1.

Dissolve 2 tsp instant coffee powder in 2 tbs hot water. Stir into 1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
2.

Layer 8 chopped sponge finger biscuits into 8 glasses and divide ⅔ cup Kahlua liqueur between. Top with chocolate cream mixture and ½ cup chopped toasted hazelnuts. Repeat layers.
3.

Dust with sifted cocoa to serve.
