Mocha hot chocolate

Served with a dollop of whipped cream and shavings of dark chocolate, this decadent mocha could easily double as the perfect warming cold weather dessert.
Ingredients (6)
- 1/2 cup (125ml) strong brewed espresso
- 1 tbs caster sugar
- 100g dark chocolate, roughly chopped plus extra shavings to serve
- 1/4 cup (60ml) pure (thin) cream
- 2 cups (500ml) milk
- Whipped cream, to serve

1.Place coffee and sugar in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring regularly, until sugar dissolves and mixture thickens. Add chocolate and mix until smooth, then whisk in cream and milk and warm through. Divide among glasses and top with whipped cream and extra chocolate shavings, to serve.
