Created by Good Measure coffee in Melbourne, the Mont Blanc was inspired by the cream-topped coffees of Korea, and quickly reached cult status here in Australia. Loved by all, copied by many, you can now recreate the Mont Blanc at home with this easy recipe.

1/4 cup (60ml) thickened cream
1 1/2 tbs orange juice
1 1/2 tbs maple syrup
200ml cold brew coffee
Ice cubes, to serve
Finely grated orange zest and freshly grated nutmeg, to serve

Method

1.

Combine cream, juice and syrup in a jug and whisk until foamy but still pourable.
2.

Pour coffee into a large glass with ice cubes. Top glass up with foam and finish with orange zest and freshly grated nutmeg. Serve immediately.
