Ingredients (6)
- 1 chunky ice cube
- 1 shot (30ml) gin
- 2/3 shot (20ml) Campari
- 1/2 shot (15ml) red (rosso) sweet vermouth
- A dash of chilled prosecco* or other sparkling white wine
- Thinly sliced orange rind, to garnish

1.Frost a champagne flute by dipping it in cold water, shaking off the excess, then popping it into the freezer for an hour.

2.Add a chunky ice cube to the frosted champagne flute, then pour over the gin, Campari and vermouth. Top with some prosecco or sparkling wine and garnish with orange rind.
