Orange and ginger sorbet
Three ingredients, one step and you're done!
Ingredients (3)
- Juice of 20 oranges
- 10cm piece (50g) ginger, peeled, finely grated
- Mint sprigs, to serve

1.Combine orange juice and ginger in a jug. Pour into three 12-hole ice cube trays and freeze for 4 hours or until frozen. Transfer orange ice cubes to a blender and whiz until smooth. Transfer sorbet to an 8-cup (2L) bowl or loaf pan and freeze for 2 hours or until frozen. Divide sorbet among serving bowls, scatter with mint and serve immediately.
