Ingredients: 2 x 85g pkt orange jelly crystals; 1 cup (250ml) fresh orange juice, strained; 1 cup (250ml) ready-made custard; A few drops of green food colouring

Boo! Halloween is almost here, so put on your scariest outfit and invite everyone around for these terrifying treats.

2 x 85g pkt orange jelly crystals
1 cup (250ml) fresh orange juice, strained
1 cup (250ml) ready-made custard
A few drops of green food colouring

Method

1.

Stir crystals with 1 cup (250ml) boiling water to dissolve, then stir in juice. Pour into six 1/2 cup (125ml) moulds, then chill for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.

Stir custard with a few drops of food colouring to reach the desired colour. When ready to serve, unmould jellies and top with green slime custard.
