Try this herbal and fruity tisane after eating as an alternative to coffee that's full of freshness.
Ingredients (3)
- Peel of 1 orange (use a vegetable peeler or canelle knife)
- 4 small sprigs rosemary
- Sugar cubes or honey, to taste
Method
-
1.Place the orange peel, rosemary sprigs and sugar in a teapot and cover with 2 cups (500ml) boiling water. Leave to steep for 5 minutes before serving.
