Ingredients (5)

  • 50g (1/2 cup) instant oats (you can use rolled oats, too)
  • 250ml (1 cup) almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 35g chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1 banana, finely sliced, plus extra to serve

Method

  • 1.
    Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Transfer to an airtight container and place in the fridge overnight.
  • 2.
    In the morning, top with extra banana and enjoy.
