  • 100g Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (we used Cravero), finely grated
  • 12 sage leaves

Method

  • 1.
    Preheat the oven to 160°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and scatter grated Parmigiano in a thin, even layer. Arrange sage leaves over the top, pressing gently into the cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until deep golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely. Break into shards then scatter with freshly ground black pepper. Store in an airtight container.
