Ingredients (4)
- 1 passionfruit
- 1 lime wedge
- DNA Distillery Rajika & Tonic (from bottle shops or dnadistillery.com)
- Ice cubes and mint sprigs, to serve

1.Halve the passionfruit and scoop out seeds and juice into a cold highball glass. Squeeze lime over glass.

2.Add a few ice cubes and top up with rakija & tonic mix. Garnish with mint sprigs to serve.
Recipe Notes
"Rakija is a fruit brandy from the Balkans, available from bottle shops. Substitute a 200ml can of rakija & tonic with a few shots of rakija topped up with tonic water to make 200ml."
