Passionfruit and pineapple crush

Ingredients (7)
- 1/2 cup crushed ice, plus extra to serve
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 tbs ginger sugar syrup
- 1/2 cup passionfruit juice
- 1/2 tbs lime juice
- 2 x 30ml measures of tequila (optional)
- Pineapple leaves, to garnish (optional)

1.Place crushed ice, pineapple, ginger syrup, passionfruit, lime juice and tequila, if using, in the Breville Bluicer in Blender mode. Blend using the Iced Cocktail function.

2.Pour into tall glasses and top with extra ice. Garnish with pineapple leaves, if desired.
