This chutney is a versatile way to level up your snack spread.

Ingredients (6)

  • 6 peaches, stones removed, finely chopped
  • 1 cup (220g) caster sugar
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • Zest and juice of 1 orange
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) red wine vinegar

Method

  • 1.
    Combine peach, sugar, onion, orange zest and juice, lemon juice and 1 tsp salt flakes in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring, until sugar dissolves. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, for 25 minutes until thick and jammy. Add vinegar, season and simmer for 5 minutes until liquid is reduced slightly. Transfer to sterile jars, seal and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
